I want to express my indignation regarding the reports of cosmetic procedures and surgeries, with catastrophic results, performed by non-doctors. It is to avoid unsatisfactory and even harmful outcomes to health that we recommend any aesthetic intervention or plastic surgery be performed by a doctor, preferably a surgeon associated with the Sociedade Brasileira de Cirurgia Plástica. This is why I always emphasize the importance of researching a lot, but a lot, before undergoing any procedure. If you are thinking about plastic surgery, consider this warning.
